Licensing Koios

Now that you have access to the user interface, you should be presented with a message indicating that there is no license file. Follow the link shown or use the side navigation bar to go to System > License.

Generate an Activation File

From the dropdown in the top right, select Activation Request. This will take you to the Generate Activation File form. From here, enter in the License Key provided to you by Ai-OPs.

Click the download button and ensure that koios-activation.req file was downloaded.

Request a License

Now go to the Ai-OPs licensing portal and attach the activation request file and click Request License.

Ensure that a koios.lic file was downloaded.

Uploading Your License

Now that you have a license, go back to Koios and select activate your product or from the license detail page, use the dropdown to select Upload License File. Attach your license file and click submit. Ensure your license status is now valid.
